Community Outreach Donation
As you may know, a few years ago CFUW HH opted out of GWI (Graduate Women International) and elected to direct that portion of our membership fees to an organization chosen specifically by us.
After research by a CFUWHH committee into a variety of international organizations, we voted to support the Malala Fund (www.malala.org), an international organization supporting education for girls in certain overseas counties. We have donated to them for the past 2 years.
For the upcoming year (beginning September 2024/25), it is time to review our selection by completing the 2 question survey below by FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 16th.
The primary purpose of the survey is to ask our membership where they would like to have that portion of their fees directed - Internationally, Nationally or Locally.
Based on the results of the survey we would then convene a small committee to come forward with a selection of qualified choices for a membership vote.
If you are interested in being part of that committee please indicate it in the survey!
