I am a female incoming or existing student enrolled in a full-time credited program who is attending, or accepted to attend, Haliburton School of Art + Design in a training or re-training program or in a certificate program during the 2019-2020 academic year (not open to summer arts program students) AND must be a permanent resident of the County of Haliburton, Peterborough or Kawartha Lakes.
